The 12-Week Reset is for women over 40 who want to feel better in their body and everyday life.

This is for you if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed by health or weight-loss advice
  • Would like to lose weight in a sustainable way, without dieting or quick fixes
  • Want to feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in your body
  • Are done with extremes and want something realistic

  • 1:1 online coaching over 12 weeks
  • Regular Zoom coaching sessions and check-ins
  • Ongoing support between sessions (WhatsApp or email)
  • A personalised Coaching Program based on your needs, lifestyle, and goals
